Rules & Regulations
The following rules apply to all Mini Miss Pageants events
Upon entering into any Mini Miss Pageants event a 50% deposit or full payment is required. The remainder of the entry fees needs to be paid within 6 weeks of entry date or by 2 weeks prior to the competition date, which ever comes first.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon entering a Mini Miss Pageants event you formally agree to the terms and conditions bellow.

1. Applicant shall be an individual whose circumstances will not bring discredit to Mini Miss Pageants including, but not limited to, the Mini Miss Pageants Title or the License or the Promoter or the Sponsors or any persona associated with Mini Miss Pageants. Applicant attests that they are and will continue to be an individual of excellent moral disposition; they have not nor will not engage in any act incompatible with the highest of public ethical expectations and etiquette or that will reflect adversely on Mini Miss Pageants including, but not limited to, the Mini Miss Pageants Title or the Licensee or the Promoter or the Sponsors or any persons associated with Mini Miss Pageants; that they have not committed a criminal act or appeared in, or posed for, nude or provocative photos or videos prior to, during the competition finals or during their reign should they become the title holder of Mini Miss Pageants.

2. Applicant shall present themselves in a gracious, respectful manner at all times during any Mini Miss Pageants competition and while representing any Mini Miss Pageants Title.

3. Applicant will not make false accusations or derogative comments about other contestants, judges, employees, Director of Mini Miss Pageants or anyone else associated with Mini Miss Pageants. Defamatory verbal and/or written comments against Mini Miss Pageants will result in instantaneous disqualification, relinquishment of any and all prizes and awards won and legal action.

4. Applicant publicly posting defamatory comments on all media and public networking platform’s will be immediately disqualified.

5. Applicant must display a courteous, sportsmanship like manner at all times. Disorderly conduct prior to, during and after the competition may result in disqualification from the Mini Miss Pageants competition, removal from premises and legal action.
​
6. Under NO circumstances will any fees paid to Mini Miss Pageants be refundable or transferrable in full or part. This includes, but is not limited to, sponsorship fees, advertising fees, competition admission fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Mini Miss Pageants by anyone including, but not limited to, applicants, sponsors and advertisers.

7. Applicant must forfeit any title awarded and prizes presented to the applicant, in full and in the condition received, if applicant is disqualified or relinquishes.

8. By accepting engagement in any Mini Miss Pageants activity, the applicant gives permission for Mini Miss Pageants, for the purpose of publicity and promotion now and in the future, the right to use their name, photographic image, voice recordings and/or profile particulars. Applicant acknowledges that their name, photographic image, voice recordings and/or profile particulars maybe used on the internet, public networking platforms, media and press release, printed advertising and merchandise related in Mini Miss Pageants which could include, but is not limited to, apparel, coffee mugs, mouse pads and other promotional material. Applicant concurs to emancipate Mini Miss Pageants from all liability for any injury from publicity and promotions and waive any and all compensation for use of their name, photographic image, voice recordings and/or profile particulars for the purpose of promotion and publicity.

9. Applicant accepts that Mini Miss Pageants is not liable for any loss, theft or damage incurred to any and all prizes, gifts and awards presented to them once these items become the property and responsibility of the applicant. Applicant agrees to replace and/or repair lost, stolen or damaged items including but not limited to, crown, sash, medals etc.

10. Applicant accepts that Mini Miss Pageants is not liable for any loss, theft or damages incurred to private property of the applicant prior to, during the competition or after the competition. This includes and is not limited to luggage, gowns, electronic devices etc.

11. Applicant are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation requirements during the competition. Mini Miss Pageants holds no responsibility for cost, arrangement, intervention or dispute resolution involving travel and accommodation to and from the competition’s location.
12. Applicant are responsible for arranging their hair and makeup requirements for the required events related to Mini Miss Pageants. Mini Miss Pageants holds no responsibility for cost, arrangement, and intervention or dispute resolution involving hair and makeup arrangements.

13. Applicant are responsible for arranging their own competition outfit requirements for any Mini Miss Pageants event. Mini Miss Pageants holds no responsibility for cost, arrangement, and intervention or dispute resolution involving competition outfit requirements.
​
14. Applicant is to obtain required information from the Mini Miss Pageants Director only in relation to all matters relating to any Mini Miss Pageants competition. This information includes but is not limited to application, rules, regulations, polices, preparations, rehearsal, performances, selection process and all other matters pertaining to any Mini Miss Pageants competition.
​
15. Applicant accepts that Mini Miss Pageants, employees, competition personnel are not held liable for accidents, injury or theft incurred prior, during any Mini Miss Pageants competition or after travelling to and from the competition.
​
16. Applicant accepts that their placement within any Mini Miss Pageants competition may be terminated by the Mini Miss Pageants Director for any reason deemed necessary.
​
17. Applicant accepts that the Mini Miss Pageants Director can refuse contestant entry into a pageant for any reason deemed necessary.
​
18. It is the applicant’s responsibility to update the director on all changes regarding agencies, and pageant teams post submitting your entry form. There are certain companies that cannot be associated with the Mini Miss Pageants.
